For a clean base load plant we do think it theoretically possible, based on our technology to plan to build base load plants that constantly generate base load electricity from water – without fuel costs - without pollution – well within 5 to 10 years, on a scale to match the Niagra Falls hydroelectric plant electricity output. We do not feel there are any practical barriers to achieving this.
